Its products are used in advanced cleans solutions, CMP, circuit imaging materials, connectors, general metal finishing, laminates, leadframes, metallization, microlithography, semiconductor packaging materials, and tape automated bonding applications. The company serves aerospace, electronics, industrial, oil and gas, and transportation industries. The company was formerly known as Novus SpinCo 1, Inc. and changed its name to Qnity Electronics, Inc. in April 2025. The company was incorporated in 2024 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
