Refunds
Pro and Founding Astronomer are month-to-month: cancel anytime from Manage billing, and access continues through the period you’ve already paid for, no partial refunds for time already billed. The Earnings Season Pass is a fixed-window purchase; if you haven’t started using it, email support within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once its window has started, it isn’t refundable. Gifts follow the same 48-hour window from the purchase date, not the redemption date.
