The founder
#the-founderone person

I am Bhargav Patel, a software engineer, and Varamir is my work: the extraction pipeline, the data model, the site and the billing. There is no team behind the name. Mail to hello@varamir.com reaches me; my profile is on LinkedIn, and Varamir posts as @varamirhq on X.
Why I built it
#why-i-built-itthe gap
Bloomberg sells a supply-chain function to institutions at roughly $25,000 a year. A retail investor who wants to know who a company's customers and suppliers are has to read the 10-K, or trust a summary that cites nothing. I wanted the map, and I wanted every line on it to point back at the sentence in the filing that disclosed it.
So the graph is built in-house from SEC EDGAR filings, not licensed. A relationship is published only when its citation appears verbatim in the filed text; a fabricated quote cannot pass that gate. The same instinct runs through the rest of the site: earnings dates come from the company's 8-K filings, and the expected move is the range the options market priced before each report, never a forecast. How it is built states every rule.
What it is not
#what-it-is-notscope
- Not a brokerage: no order execution, no custody.
- Not a charting platform: no candles, no order book.
- Not a forecast: expected moves are market-implied ranges with their inputs shown.
- Not a team product: one self-directed investor at a time, no team seats, no API.
Corrections
#correctionsif something is wrong
A wrong tie, holding, earnings date or entity match is reported and resolved on data corrections. The reuse terms for the graph are on terms; where each figure comes from is on sources.
