Siyata PTT directly or indirectly owns 100% of the equity and voting control of each subsidiary shown in the corporate structure chart, including Siyata North America Inc., a Quebec corporation located in Montreal, Quebec, responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of rugged cellular devices to enterprise customers and for holding Clear RF Nevada Inc.; Siyata Mobile (Canada) Inc., a Canadian holding company located in Montreal, Quebec that owns 100% of Siyata Mobile Israel Ltd.; Siyata Mobile Israel Ltd., an Israeli subsidiary located in Or Yehuda, Israel, responsible for mobile-device product development for the North American market, procurement and quality control; Clear RF Nevada Inc., a Nevada holding company with a virtual office in Las Vegas that holds 100% of the units of ClearRF LLC; and ClearRF LLC, a Washington State limited liability company with a virtual office in Washington that provides U.S.-based banking services for Siyata North America Inc. We are organized as a corporation under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and maintain our principal place of business in Montreal, Canada.
