“In October 2023, we entered into an Option, License and Collaboration agreement (the Gilead Collaboration Agreement) with Gilead pursuant to which Gilead (1) exclusively licensed to us its HPI program and its NNPI program, while retaining opt-in rights to these programs, and (2) has an option to take an exclusive license, on a program-by-program basis, to all of our other current and future pipeline programs.”

“If any of our investigational products obtain marketing approval, we expect to continue to use third-party manufacturers and may also use Gilead's internal manufacturing infrastructure for their optioned products, as appropriate, to deliver commercial supply.”
